PURPOSE: Increase staffing levels and improve retention through efficient recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating initial training for a 12 restaurant organization.
Job Duties
• Screen and manage online applicants
• Conduct interviews
• Onboarding/Offboarding
• Actively recruit in communities to generate applications
• Conduct crew orientations
• Ensure that all hiring documents are completed including I9’s
• Have working knowledge of employee handbook
• Ensure candidates are issued uniforms
• Work with trainees on first day of work to transition them into their roles
