Job Description
Kitchen Staff members are considered Food Quality Specialist at Chick-Fil-A on Commerce Avenue. A FQ Specialist makes all of our product, maintains speed goals, and communicates with our Hospitality team. A FQ Specialist is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of his or her area. A FQ Specialist is responsible for and owns our guest’s experience with our product. This is accomplished not only by being thoroughly aware of the menu, but also being aware of how each procedure affects flavor. Variations on taste can occur due to oil needing change, proper procedures not followed, a misunderstood special request, or possibly just fulfilled incorrectly. A Kitchen Professional diagnoses and resolves the issue.
