This Manager Trainee position is a full-time salaried position with our Maclaff, Inc. organization. We own McDonald's restaurants across South Louisiana.
Our Trainees learn the basics of crew positions, shift management and general management of a 2-4+ million dollar per year business. Our management staff is thoroughly trained in employee, management, customer and community relations.
Trainees will be attending classes, seminars and restaurant training led by in-house and corporate trainers. Minimal travel is required.
The training is intensive as the goal is to have a the manager trainee ready to enter a General Manager position, should one be available, in approximately one year.
