Ensures the "5 Diamond Experience" by maintaining the standards set in the NFC Amenity Management Mission Statement.

Ensure arriving guests are greeted by name whenever possible
Preset lounge chair and umbrellas on request
Assist residents and guests with towels, chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas on beach and pool deck and providing friendly, personalized service
Responsible for opening, maintenance, and cleanliness of the beach/pool deck and all equipment throughout the day
Ensure amenity services are performed on time and to NFC’s standards
Monitor tides and weather to ensure the safety and security of all beach equipment
Responsible for cleanliness at the end of the day, the return of all lounge chairs and umbrellas to their proper place and picking up trash.
Advise residents and guests of improper activities or hazards and enforces and adheres to facility rules and regulations
Maintains constant surveillance of individuals in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of all individuals in the event of an emergency
Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times
Maintains a high standard of customer service
Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

Job Requirements
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
Effective communication skills and engage positively with clients
