A. Primary Responsibilities

Assist the Human Resources Department with the administration of the day-to day operations of the human resources functions and duties.


B. Immediate Supervisor: Human Resources Manager
C. Essential Job Functions
1. Preparation of new hire files.
2. Assist with onboarding of new hires.
3. Maintain personnel files – filing employment related documents.
4. Track and update employee related spreadsheets.
5. Support to Receptionist.
