Job Summary:
The Cook’s primary area of focus is ensuring all food items are prepared to company standards and completed in a timely manner. Cooks are “multi-tasking experts” who remain calm under pressure. They oversee food preparation and ensure all modifications are executed well. Ensure kitchens are always clean and safe. The work schedule fluctuates based on business need requiring employees to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays.
Experience Needed:
- 1 - 3 years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knife skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Current Food Handlers Card
