As a Senior Account Lead, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as performing custodial operations. (core job responsibilities including but not limited to):
• Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standard
• Perform daily quality inspections of entire building to ensure standards are met
• Maintain equipment and supplies to standards
• Order supplies and equipment for their assigned account
• Oversee and progressively train and develop employees
• Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed
• Monitor productivity and efficiencies of all employees
• Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all building personnel and management
• Training and communicating with all Jack’s employees in the building
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

* Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other Jack's Maintenance employees
* Provide ongoing coaching and training to their team member(s)
* Take ownership of their building(s) and everyone working in it to provide the highest quality service
* Demonstrate core competencies of the job
* Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening
