*Being friendly and reliable
*Answering questions, suggesting items, and processing payments
*Explaining specials and meal choices in a friendly way, with an eye toward encouraging selections of certain items that were overstocked
*Proficient in picking up new procedures and tasks quickly while elevating customer service standards at the Drive Thru, Front Counter or in-store Kiosk
*Personable and friendly with customers and team members alike
*Having a sense of urgency

Excellent time management skills
Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift
Strong customer service skills
