Store Manager - Full-time

We are D & L Subways and the local franchisee of Subway restaurants.  Our ownership and store supervision all were born, raised and reside here in the Cedar Valley.  We have been in the Subway restaurant business 29 years and currently own eight stores located in Waterloo, Elk Run Heights and Waverly.  We are a stable, proven concept with an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, strong leader with a desire to learn our business and excel.

We need:

• A commitment to learn our business from the ground up.
• Communication skills that allow you to develop a strong team along with an environment of excellent teamwork that values our customers.
• Unquestionable honesty, integrity and reliability.
• Flexible schedule availability able to work approximately 45 hours per week as needed. 
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time during the day along with regularly lifting 15lbs and occasionally up to 40lbs.    
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

We will provide:

• All the training and supervisory support necessary for you to succeed.
• Base salary plus performance bonus ranging from $30,000 - $45,000 depending on store volume and your experience.
