About this job
The General Manager effectively and efficiently manages a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high performing work teams consisting of assistant managers, shift managers and team members. This position reports to the Area Manager.
Experience - 2 to 5 years management experience in a restaurant (full service, QSR or FFS)
Salary - $42k up to $50k
Bonus - 20% of base Salary
Shop Bonus - Up to $18,000 annually
Benefits - Medical, 401K, Paid Vacation, Meals and Uniforms
5 day work week, 52 hours average
