A Crew Leader is a management apprentice level position that is designed to prepare the individual for joining the management team. A Crew Leader is responsible for inspiring, leading, and monitoring team members within their assigned area on an ongoing basis in order to make Round Table Pizza every family’s first choice for a wonderful meal together. In order to achieve this goal, a Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring employees in their area are working as a team, behaving professionally and providing great service to our guests. By focusing their time around assigned shift duties and monitoring and coaching crew members on operational performance within their area during the shift, this can be accomplished. In this role, a Crew Leader is learning how to influence the restaurant and crew performance through learning and practicing high impact activities.

Requirements

1. Education/Experience:
Progress toward a high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent is preferred.
Must have been a general employee for a minimum of 8-months and is proficient in all areas of the operation.
2. Knowledge/Skills:
Positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality. Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism in dealing with team members and the public. Able to manage and perform multiple tasks. Able to work effectively within and contribute to a team environment. Able to lead, coach and be a mentor to others. Able to exercise sound judgment. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Able to work independently with little supervision. Able to perform and understand simple mathematical calculations. Computer skills required
3. Physical:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. Will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
