Chick-fil-A Drive Thru Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Pay Type: Up to $11/hr for Part-Time (at least 20 hours), up to $12/hr for Full-Time

Requirements:

● Must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week and Saturdays

● Ability to multitask

● Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Responsibilities:

● Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

● Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

● Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

● Operating the POS at the drive thru

● Look for opportunities to stock or clean when there is down time

● Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru

● Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window

● Checking for product quality and consistency

● Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

● Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
