Concierge - Full-time / Part-time

Golden State Restaurant Group introduces the Concierge position that encompasses the roles of: Host, Server, Mix Master, Busser, and Street Team member. The Concierge will have a specifically assigned role within the restaurant.

The main function of this position is:
-To assist guests from start to finish during their visit
-To interact with guests and build lasting relationships
-To learn and retain facts about the food, suppliers, ingredients, business facts, and California agricultural facts (as they relate to McDonald’s) to share when interacting with guests
-To acquire supplier and guest testimonials
-To be able to address complicated food/brand-related questions when guests ask
-To use that information to educate and inform guests

The Concierge will own the GSRG brand and be an extension of the restaurant team. It is important to fully comprehend these elements and how they relate to the restaurant and be able to answer complex questions about McDonald’s in a casual and conversational setting.
