Primary Responsibilities: Ensuring all food for guests and TOGO's are completed in a timely manner and delivered to tables within expected ticket times 

Specific Functions and Duties: 


Ensure that orders are being cooked in a timely manner 

Ensure that orders are ready and not sitting in the window for an extended period 

Ensure that food is plated properly and matches the description of the order 

Ensure quick delivery of food using all available staff including yourself 

Performing proper procedures when bagging TOGO orders ensuring accuracy 

Keeping expo area clean and well stocked during shift. 

Also responsible for performing the following tasks when slow I.E. rolling silverware, bussing tables etc…
