Front Desk Medical Office

Marsh Landing Behavioral Group is seeking to hire a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our team. Hours of work are from Mon-Thurs 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. and on Friday's from 8:00 am to Noon (no nights or weekends - leave early on Friday's) in a premier, well-established and thriving office in the Jacksonville Beach area.

We are an office of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Therapists (outpatient mental health) and we believe in serving others with friendly, personalized and compassionate care.

Our Front Desk Receptionist is the first one to meet and greet our patients, and we are looking for an outgoing person who is delightful and can positively engage our patients.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· Quick learner

· Excellent at multitasking (phone, computer, face-to-face with patients)

· Communicate calmly

· Positive, energetic, organized, reliable, timely and professional

Responsibilities:

· Basic clerical duties (answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, etc)

· Convey phone messages between the patients and doctors

· Check in and out patients

· Insurance verifications

· Collect patient payments

Electronic Medical Records Experience a plus!
