General Manager

We are currently seeking a General Manager with QSR or Fast Casual management experience.

General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike's operation, including (but not limited to):

• Leading the Store Team to Deliver an Awesome Customer Experience
• Store Sales Growth
• Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Cleanliness and Maintenance of Store
• Profit Margin
• Staffing of Store

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the industry
• Ability to meet physical requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager.
