Food Service Coordinator

Position Summary: 
To assist the VP of Foodservice, Manager of Foodservice Projects, Team Food and Operations in executing field projects and to coordinate weekly sales, shrink and margin reporting for analysis by buyers and the VP of Foodservice. 
Responsibilities: 
To work with field personnel to provide all training, coaching and communication about new and existing programs. 
Be the expert in food safety, equipment troubleshooting and shrink and sales in Foodservice. 
Report on food safety, foodservice programs and sales/shrink performance in AIM locations. 
To work with AIM, Legacy and EGA Banner locations on best practices for food safety and program execution.
Assist with the creation of new training materials. 
Represent field operations within Food Service. 
Working Relationships: This position requires interactions with all levels of company employees from Board of Directors to store Team Members as well as interacting with many other departments within Cumberland Farms and EGA Banners.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. 
Preferred Education: Associates Degree or above. 
Minimum Experience: 2 years of store operations experience. 
Preferred Experience: 1 or more years of stores operations experience as an AIM Store Manager or Foodservice Leader. 
Licenses/Certifications: Serve Safe Certified 
Soft Skills: Experienced in working with Excel and other computer programs. 
Other: Field operation knowledge, flexibility, multi-tasking skills, self-motivation, problem solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail and willingness to take on challenges. 
Driving/Fleet Vehicle Requirement: Review of candidates driving record will be conducted for fleet vehicle. 
Travel: Job requires daily travel to assigned AIM and Legacy Locations and other travel/overnight stays for special projects.
