Team Members implement the brand's tactics and culture to optimize restaurant sales and cash flow while ensuring adherence to quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. The overall success of our restaurants and the foundation of our culture is dependent upon having great Team Members.
Essential Duties:
• Delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness, product preparation
• Exhibits cheerful and helpful manner
• Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow all Company operation policies, and procedures
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
• Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards
In addition, team members are responsible for the restaurant's performance levels in job positions assigned by upper management. Each position has different duties and responsibilities:
CASHIER or ORDER TAKER
• Greet our customers
• Take and process customer orders
• Receives payments and accurately counts them
• Provides change to customers as required
• Cleaning the display areas
• Assisting with the stock
• Assists in locating and verifying the operational equipment
• Drive-through order-takers/cashiers must operate the menu board speaker system
DINING ROOM or DRIVE-THROUGH DELIVERY PERSON
• Deliver orders to customer
• Responsible for fast, efficient flow of customer orders
• Ensure that each order is complete and prepared properly

• Food Handler certification may be required

• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 95-100% of shift including ability to bend, reach and lift and carry a max of 50 pounds.
