Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Nursing Home setting
 • Active 1 Year Licensed Practical Nurse License required
 • Current BLS Certification required
