Do you enjoy interacting with people and taking care of guests? If so, the Food Ambassador could be the perfect job fit for you. Heff's Burgers is different from the typical fast food restaurant as everything is cooked to order and once the guest has ordered their food at the counter, we take it from there and care for each and every guest in the dining room from then on. We're in the middle between fast food and fine dining.
The Food Ambassador (rover/food runner) delivers the food from the kitchen to our guests (like a waiter) and takes care of guest needs by chatting with them, checking on how their food is, learning something about each person and making sure the guests are happy. In other words, anything that enhances the guests dining experience. (Not just in the dining room but anywhere you encounter our guests.) This position is also cross trained for Dining Room Ambassador as well.
