Have you been a McDonald's manager? We are looking for an experienced closing manager at our Airport location. The Airport location has many perks, premium pay and less responsibility. There is no Drive-thru to worry about, we are front counter only. Running shift is a breeze, there isn't a lobby, restrooms or parking lot to worry about. We also do not have curb side or Uber Eats. We have limited hours as well, the closing shift is typically over by 10:30 PM.

Being a positive leader to individuals can be a very rewarding job. We are looking for leaders who continually strive for improvement. Candidates must possess a "can do" attitude! As a shift manager, you are responsible for the quality of service and food that our customers receive as well as the overall cleanliness of the restaurant while working. The candidate must be able to handle multiple things at once and to thrive while doing it. Be a motivator to the people you are managing and above all else a role model. Requirements

Job Requirements
McDonald's management experience is required.
Must be able to pass the Airport background screening process.
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.
