We are seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team!
You will assist the team with administrative tasks such as:
- Preparing disclosure packages
- Auditing disclosure packages
- Tracking the compliance file to hit markers and deadlines
- Preparing Docusign packages
- Send & receiving client emails
Qualifications:
- MAC Apple computer fluent (mandatory)
- Highly organized
- Thrives on a schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Real estate knowledge
- Must have Transaction Coordinator (TC) experience
We are a fast paced Real Estate Transaction Coordination company, closing between 80-130 transactions per month in the Southern California area.
