Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in Barre, VT 

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. 

 

$5,000 Sign on Bonus!*

Shift Available

  • FT / PT

 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
  • To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan


Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist; BLS certification
  • Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
