Provider Contract Food Service is a locally grown company specializing in providing culinary and hospitality excellence to our clients for the past 18 years. Our location at Cal Baptist University in Riverside currently looking to build our CATERING Team!

Successful candidates will possess the following:
• Friendly, hospitable personality; able to work well with others in a team effort
• Able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Able to communicate with clarity and confidence to each guest
• Well-groomed appearance (clean and pressed uniform, good personal hygiene)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• General food knowledge enabling the staff to communicate the ingredients in a dish
• Basic knowledge of food allergens and food safety
• Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Basic catering and buffet line management knowledge
• Strong physical stamina, lifting and carrying 30 lbs. or more and standing for periods of time
Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds.
Successful Candidates will be required to submit a copy of Valid Food Handler's Card.
Clean driving record is preferred
We offer flexible schedules, Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays.
Current Pay Range: $15.00 -19.00 Depending on Experience
