We offer competitive pay, starting at $20/Hour for RBT's, based on experience and education with opportunities to earn bonuses. Our full time center based behavior technicians work Monday-Friday in our ABA centers that are open from 8:00-5:30 (Currently located in Santa Maria and Lompoc). Home Services are provided M-F, 8am-7pm, and work schedules are designed based on client and staff availability. *Prime Time hours are 3:00-6:00pm* Part-time positions are also available.

Job Duties:

Our behavioral technicians are trained to implement behavioral programming catering to the individual needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities. You will assist in data collection for assessments Implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor. and demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision with children and families.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Official Transcripts
• Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
• COVID-19 vaccination required
