As a Jack in the Box Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for restaurant operations, in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Primary responsibilities are to provide excellent internal service, external service, and building restaurant sales and profit while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requiremnts.

Essentiall Assistant Manager job duites are listed below:
• Brand Ambassador
• Recruits, selects , trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
• Creates a restaurant environment that is friendly, FUN, clean, and safe
• Motivates and Inspires the team to achieve high performance
• Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
• Ensure that guest are receiving a “WOW” expereince by role modeling the behaviors needed and by setting expecations for the team
• Responsible for a HIGH level of Food Safety execution
• Maintain delivery of HOT, FRESH food for each and every guest
• Partners with Restaurant Manager in analyzing the restaurant performance and implementation of resolutions
• Monitors all restaurant managed cost and adherance to budgets and restaurant goals
• Training and development of Team Members and Team Leaders
Additional Info
Additional Job requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance and use personal vehicle to conduct banking or other restaurant business needs
• Ability to stand and walk for 85%-95% of the shift, ability to lift 10-65 lbs, ability to operate restaurant equipment
• Minimum 3 year supervisory experience required at the Assistant Manager level or higher
• Able to work in diverse groups

• Good planning and organizational skills
• Problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills
• High level of integrity and ethics
