About this job
The Shift Supervisor is an extension of management with a primary focus in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. Responsibilities include directing and teaching staff, managing hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction and quality service while being a positive role model to all employees. We offer competitive hourly pay.
We also offer health/vision insurance, vacation pay, employee meals, and 401K. Must have full-time availability for both day and night shifts including weekends
Requirements for the position:
- Previous experience required
- A passion for food
- Team focused individual with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a guest-facing role exemplifying outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work eight hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Able to work weekends required
