Bridgestone's Des Moines, Iowa plant manufactures the industry-leading Firestone brand Agricultural tires. We are seeking motivated and committed Production Operators to join our team. The Manufacturing Production Worker position has various responsibilities including machine operation, forklift driving, handling materials, and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for the safety of oneself and the safety of other teammates.
• Ensure the quality of our products meet or exceed our customer's expectations.
• Report to work on time when scheduled.
• Maintain daily records.
• Set-up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment.

SCHEDULE: Successful candidates need to be prepared to work any of our following schedules:

7-Day Rotational Schedule - Full-time, 12 hours per day, 2-week rotations, 40 hours of regular pay and 2 hours of overtime pay per week -

Day Schedule

• Week 1: 6 AM - 6 PM, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
• Week 2: 6 AM - 6 PM, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

Night Schedule 

• Week 1: 6 PM - 6 AM, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
• Week 2: 6 PM - 6 AM, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

5 Day Schedule - Full-time, 8-hours per day, Monday - Friday, 40 hours of regular pay per week

• A Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
• B Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM 
• C Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

WAGES: Starting wage is $18.25 per hour with opportunities to earn $27.92 per hour within 3 years.

• Manufacturing and/or forklift experience preferred
