Team Leaders

Jack in the Box is currently hiring for Team Leaders in your area.  A Team Leader is an hourly position where you’ll play a role in overseeing and operating workstations.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Be a role model with behavior that motivates and inspires employees
• Be passionate about providing service to guests and ensuring each experience is of the highest quality
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality/safety and restaurant cleanliness
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy, and team-oriented environment
• Willingly accept and comply with Company grooming and appearance standards
• Have the ability to perform basic administrative duties

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma/GED or foreign equivalent preferred
• One year supervisory experience in a customer service business; must be 100% certified in all workstations
• Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English;
• Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts; basic knowledge of personal computers
• Excellent interpersonal skills; have the ability to work well with diverse groups of people
• Have the ability:
  • To stand and walk approximately 90 %-95% of shift
  • To lift and carry 25-50 lbs
  • To move freely throughout the restaurant
  • To take guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
  • To work in a very fast-paced environment
