We are a large and growing medical practice seeking experienced receptionists for our upscale Manhattan offices. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and service. We are seeking candidates who have exceptional customer service skills to greet, check-in and assist our patients. This position could grow into a management position.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting patients

   

• Checking in and out

   

• Collecting Co-pays and balances

   

• Booking future appointments

   

• Making sure the waiting room is presentable

   

• Assisting patients with any booking or payment questions

  Qualifications

   

• Medical experience is a plus

   

• Positive attitude

   

• Excellent computer skills

   

• Professional appearance and demeanor

   

• The candidate must be able to take initiative
