Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an IT Technician/bench tech to join our team. You will be responsible for a portion of our service bench preparing, testing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems for existing clients and new implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and test new systems
- Follow checklists for detailed deployment of custom desktops
- Create new custom checklists for clients configurations
- Troubleshoot endpoint system issues
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Document all work
- Deploy endpoints in client environments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a technician, computer repair tech, or systems administrator
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
