Be our first impression for the consumer! We are seeking open minded, detail oriented team members to join our family here at Eagle Village POA.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Front Desk/ Reservationist is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Be familiar with hospitality terminology.
• Perform all other duties as requested.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work independently.

• Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort. This includes nights, weekends & holidays.
