Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for part-time Crew Leaders with experience working in the food / beverage industry. We serve breakfast all day, lunch and dinner (sandwiches, flatbreads, wraps, bowls, etc.) as well as delicious smoothies. Brand is franchised with over 500 locations in the US. The owner has 8 cafes in Orange County. We are always looking for great experienced people to join the team!
HOURS: This is a part-time position. We are looking for daytime and evening workers with flexible schedules.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for shift-level operations
- Oversee staff members to ensure Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand standards and procedures are followed
- Prepare and serve fresh food and smoothies to customers
- Keep up with cafe cleanliness and follow Company food and operational safety procedures
- Monitor and stock food and smoothie stations
- Operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, coupons and gift cards according to standards
- Effectively execute Tropical Smoothie Cafe promotions
- Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
