Heat Treat Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION

First Call Staffing is recruiting for positions in heat treat.

Heat treatment involves the use of heat and cooling, normally to extreme temperatures, to achieve a desired result such as hardening or softening of a material. Heat treatment techniques include annealing, tempering, normalizing and quenching are used in the processing.

JOB CRITERIA

· Excellent attendance

· Attention to detail

· Prolonged standing

· Work with arms and hands

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

· Maintain good housekeeping in work area

· Adhere to health & safety regulations

· Overtime (will work every other weekend)

· Loading and unloading of customer product

· Process control

· Documentation of process

· Hardness verification

· Fork truck operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
