Reference # : 21-00569 Title : QC (micro) Investigator Location : Caguas, PR Position Type : Full Time/Contract Experience Level : 4 Years Start Date / End Date : 08/02/2021 / 01/28/2022 Description RCM Technologies is looking for a Specialist toperform microbiology QC lab. investigations in Caguas, PR. This is approximately a six (6) months contract services. The specialist must be capable of identifying and implement corrective and preventive actions in a GMP/FDA regulated pharmaceuticals Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory environment. Responsible for the documentation of the deviation/non-conformance investigations in order to identify the root cause(s) and contributing factors. Develop written reports using technical writing skills including but not limited to: summaries, investigation plans and investigation results in alignment with Non-conformance and CAPA process requirements. Work on closure or approval tasks initial assessments, investigations and CAPAs in accordance with established timeframe. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science (microbiology or biology preferred). Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry QC laboratory. Experience with Investigations tools (Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone, 5's Why's). Experience performing microbiology lab Investigations. Good skills writing technical general documentation in English and using MS Office applications.
