We are applying our expertise in technology and business processes by driving the internal adoption of standard applications that support end-users in the execution and re-engineering of their processes in all lines of business, always putting a strong focus on end-user centricity. It is our objective to accelerate co-innovation with development and extend the use of SAP standard products within SAP, shifting the focus from maintaining a heavily customized environment to optimizing our processes on top of standard services. In addition to our day-to-day we love virtual hangouts across all teams.  Your team, Program & Solution Office leverages the advantages of agile scaling to coordinate value delivery and contribute to CIA’s operational excellence. #on a mission   WHAT YOU’LL DO:   Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Integration Programs  Location: Newtown Square, PA Expected Start Date: July 2021 Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months In this role, you’ll:   We are looking for a motivated intern who would like to get to know SAP and work with us on improving our day-to-day business in a scaled agile operating environment. Being part of the CIA Program & Solution Office you will closely collaborate with our technical project teams, Release Train Engineers and colleagues all around the world:    - You will work on one of our largest SAP Concur IT Transformation programs, where your project will optimizing the IT Application landscape for SAP Concur by migrating 100+ applications from the legacy single-sign on to SAP state of the art solutions, enhancing 10.000+ users experience tremendously - Under the larger umbrella of the program, you will also touch several other workstreams where we build up the future application landscape as well as moving our infrastructure cloud landscape - Both, the project as well as the umbrella program will contribute to advancement of end user experience, enablement of further business growth/customer success as well as making sure we roll on a secure, reliable and compliant foundation - Your role will be contributing to managing the project and its several streams, supporting the coordination of the migration of 100+ applications as well as applying technical knowledgein single sign-on, access & authorizations - Work closely with the technical program managers - Organize the stakeholder alignments with the business & technical owners per application - Support to design and launch the user communication as well as the related stakeholders such as IT Delivery Units, ServiceDesk and others - Support to coordinate the work per application based on a standardized mini-project-plan - Track open action items, service requests, report on status & associated risks - Highlight dependencies and foster cross-team collaboration - Work on the technical migration (SSO, SAML) - Work will be remote during the pandemic and regulatory working hours apply 40h/week   WHO YOU ARE:   We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
