JOB DESCRIPTION
A progressive company that is part of a long-standing Chattanooga-based company is experiencing expansive growth and is looking for an Office Coordinator. The general duties are:
? Order supplies, stocking and maintain the copy room, organizing office space
? Clean and organize all common spaces
? Manage the mail incoming and outgoing
? Manage the shipping of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
? Participate in team engagement and planning
? Manage SharePoint Calendars
? Go to Big Box Stores, stock kitchens with supplies
? Assist with basic Human Resources administrative needs
? Assist in organizing travel when necessary
? Maintain Birthday and Anniversary Lists from UKG
? Plan Birthday Celebrations and cards
? Order and send monthly Year of Service gifts
? Print requested items as needed
? Assist in the planning of company events
? Organize and send company contact cards
? Order Marketing items as needed
? Assist in the management of the SharePoint site
? Update offices and workspaces and order office furniture as needed.
? Other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
? Ability to lead and coordinate own and others’ actions, manage own time
? Strong coordination, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking and reasoning skills.
? Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and independently
? Computer literacy and proficiency using Excel and other MS Office products
? College degree preferred
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
STARTING PAY
$16.00-18.00 DOE
