SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing successful operation of Smoothie King Jefferson City. The General Manager will communicate sales and operational goals with shift leaders and team members, and coach them on meeting the goals. General Manager will also ensure efficient and correct store operations, product updates, and general store maintenance. Focus will be on coaching store leaders to grow and develop, as well as hitting the store's sales goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage one store at 5 shifts/week (minimum 40 hours/week)
- Work every other Saturday in rotation with Assistant Manager
- Conduct inventory weekly
- Conduct team member reviews
- Regularly review team member policies and ensure adherence to important policies
- Communicate policy and procedure changes to staff
- Generate weekly schedule
- Ensure there is appropriate staffing for every shift
- Monitor labor percentage and labor hours
- Consistently coach and train team members; focus on team development
