A Casino Accounting-Soft Count Clerk ensures key functions of the coordination of currency exchange between the bank and the armoured company, the preparation of the PRTC daily count check, auditing of the CTR report and account payable are completed in a timely and accurate manner. What will I be doing?
A Casino Accounting-Soft Count Clerk ensures key functions of the coordination of currency exchange between the bank and the armoured company, the preparation of the PRTC daily count check, auditing of the CTR report and account payable are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
-Comply at all times with Hilton standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient Hotel and Casino operations
-Safeguards all records
-Review of CTR reports to ensure it contains the complete information, controller's signature, file and distribute accordingly
-Audit and settle customers A and P expenses
-Prepare checks and perform suppliers inquiries in accordance with the operational needs
-Complies at all times with regulatory, departmental and company policies, also with federal and local laws
-Approach all encounters with guests and fellow employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
-Must be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times
-Perform the soft count process from the Table Drop and the Slot Drop
-Prepare and reconcile the casino tips reports
-Performs the daily bank deposit
-Prepare and reconcile the casino ATM and Credit cards deposits
-Prepare the Stiff Sheets reports from CMP
-Prepare the SDS Cash Box Summary Report from the PRTC soft count
-Account for numerically controlled forms, vouchers and documents
-Prepare preventative maintenance schedules and perform inspections
-Organize, file and retain all paperwork

-Able to work evenings, weekends and rotating shifts
-Criminal Background/Credit Check
-Casino license required
