What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Build and grow excellent customer relationships through shared goals, exceptional performance, open and direct communications, problem solving and collaboration
  • Cultivate new opportunities with customers to diversify and expand our core business
  • Partner with operations leaders to develop and implement customer-facing, consequential solutions
  • Act as the voice of the customer within our organization

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
    • 7 years of supply chain operational experience and knowledge, as well as business development and/or sales experience within the Healthcare (Pharmaceutical/Personal Care) industry
    • Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills providing consequential impact and results
    • Expertise in consultative selling methodsIt'd be great if you also have:
      • MBA
      • Availability to travel up to 70% of the time
      • 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management
      • Superior customer relationship management experience and skills
      • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
