Dental Product Manager

Overview of Position
The Dental Product Manager drives the platform vision with a broad skill set that brings enhanced value to product strategy, and responsible for building key components of Change Healthcare’s Dental Platform.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Translate business, market, and customer needs (collaborating with the Business Leads) into product strategy and requirements (e.g., functional and technical design documents)
  • Strong knowledge of Dental EDI claims
  • Present solutions to customers and provide subject matter expertise for customers before and after the sale
  • Create customer-facing training collateral and participate in customer community activities
  • Assist with implementation activities as needed
  • Work closely with account management to educate potential customers on product offering and aid with customer on-boarding
  • Provide product feedback to other product managers and R&D
  • Work with R&D to drive build out of the Product features and APIs
  • Understands and helps in driving requirements for Dental Platform


What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in product management within healthcare industry
  • Experience with Agile Development concepts

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Master Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management within healthcare industry
  • Experience in healthcare EDI and Credentialing
  • Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  • Experience in discussing and explaining complex product offerings to a variety of audiences
  • Able to learn complex concepts quickly
  • Ability to take big, complex goals and break them into discreet and actionable projects or initiatives
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability to drive execution of complex and enterprise level technology solutions (e.g., move projects forward with unknowns and anticipate and mitigate risks.)
