Restaurant Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Cafe Rio is looking to hire energetic Team Members to join our #caferiofamily.

Whether you’re making salads, rolling burritos, or ringing up an order, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience by making unique, personal connections with each customer, and by maintaining the pace of the line.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-centric, upbeat attitude; enjoys working with people
• Willing to sing, dance, cheer, and have fun during work
• Follows recipes and preparation procedures; correctly portions, prepares, and serves meals - with no freezers or microwaves, you will be preparing and serving fresh-from-scratch food
• Strong focus on quality control, cleanliness and safety: Able to ensure food is properly handled and prepared, follows all sanitation and safety procedures, and produce the freshest product
• Must be 18 years and older
• Able to stand for 8 plus hour
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Kitchen skills (knives, recipes, cooking) are a major plus
