We’re looking to add a Supervisor to our team. Our ideal candidate is people-oriented and excited to come into work every day. We’re a high-energy restaurant and our new Supervisor will thrive in that environment. They’ll be able to learn and move quickly, make decisions that positively affect the business, and create relationships that propel the team forward.

Job Requirements - Do you have what it takes?

  • 1 year of restaurant experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active ServSafe certification
  • Ability to exceed the Pie Five standards of quality, timeliness and service
  • Ability to observe, lead, coach, develop and motivate employees
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to be a brand ambassador
  • Ability to travel (expenses paid) for training
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and integrity in all situations
  • Ability to communicate with peers, direct reports and upper management in a positive and effective manner

A day in the life of our Supervisors can include the following duties:

  • Open and/or close the restaurant as manager on duty
  • Labor control
  • Be an expert on all operational positions
  • Going above and beyond to wow the guest, listening to and handling guest complaints effectively
  • Completion of store checklists to maintain cleanliness of store, hospitality of staff and quality of food
  • Build and maintain a team culture, and create a productive and fun environment

Physical requirements:

  • No visible tattoos, facial hair or piercings
  • Must be able to work up to an 12-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
  • Will be required to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all parties
  • Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.
