Hiring for multiple positions
Job Summary:
Individual who provides hands-on care that has been validated by a return demonstration to the Wisdom Senior Care Registered Nurse Supervisor to assist a client to remain in his or her place of residence.
Some duties and responsibilities include:
Assist or perform activities of daily living (to include, bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting)
Assist with or perform meal preparation and grocery shopping
Complete necessary documentation per agency policy
Assist or perform transfers
Companion Services:
Socialization
Driving/escorting to appointments
Medication reminders
Homemaker Services:
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Sitter and Respite Services:
Providing long or short-term supervision and monitoring for the client in their home to ensure safety and well-being
