We are seeking compassionate, energetic,responsible, and passionate caregivers who provide a high quality level of care with compassion and respect for the intrinsic value and dignity of every human person because that is what our clients deserve. We need caregivers who have great enthusiasm for helping solve the daily challenges aging adult’s experience. Join our team in carrying out our mission to those in most need of home care services!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Travel to client’s home, arriving on time.
Greet client in a warm, professional manner.
Follow the plan of care to provide safe, competent assistance to the client, understand the limitations and needs of each individual client.
Help the client maintain good personal hygiene and assist in maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
Encourage the client’s mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest.
Provide basic domestic services (i.e. meal prep, laundry, light housework).
Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client.
Assist with mobility issues, helping client get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
Remind client to take medications.
Change bed linens regularly.
Provide a caring and positive presence for the client.
