Lean Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Support the Molding engineers to implement corrective action plans activities related to tooling improvements Support on Scrap Reduction and process enhancements activities Work on all Molding Process Improvements, provide feedback and permanent corrective actions to the responsible areas. Work on Kaizen Events and improvements actions Provide technical engineering support on a daily basis to all Molding processes. Provide support on Manufacturing Instructions, Routings, Set up improvements and Process audits. Help on root cause analysis of main detractors issues on the Molding production floor.

Minimum Requirements desired:

Bachelor or Associate Degree engineering science.                                                        2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment; molding /or tooling.          Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving Techniques.                      Knowledge on how to read part drawings, time study and capacity analysis      Bilingual -Read, write Speak English/Spanish                                                               Computer skills - Word, Excel knowledge is a must have; Statistical Analysis software knowledge such as Minitab is a plus.
