Psychiatric Nurse Practictioner/Physician Assistant

Pandora's House Psychiatry is actively seeking to hire a full -time and a part time psychiatric nurse practitioner to join our office.

We offer treatment services for children, adolescents and adult clients in a private practice setting.

Qualifications/ Job Responsibilities

• Current nurse practitioner license in good standing issued by the Texas Board of Nursing.

• ANCC certification as a Psychiatric /Metal Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Current DEA license.
• 1-2 years of experience working with pediatric and adult populations in a psychiatric setting. At this time we are not accepting new graduates.
• The nurse practitioner works collaboratively with colleagues to provide psychiatric evaluations/assessments and follow up care to allow for comprehensive care and continuity of care in a manner consistent with the scope of practice and quality of care standards.
• Ability to work independently.
• Maintains standards of confidentiality and documentation using electronic based medical record and prescription program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
