- Help clients compile the necessary documents and information
- Fact-check all documents for accuracy
- Answer questions your clients may have about the process
- Accept payments and process billing statements
- Process lending-related payments
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience a plus
- Loan processing experience a plus
- Collections experience
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
