Job Description

Local HQ based Financial Services office working in the fastest growing demographic in the nation needs a big smile, fun hard working receptionist who loves working with clients.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception, Phones and Client Greeting
Appointment Setting and Confirmations (a must experience)
Monthly Marketing Event Confirmations with Clients
Local Client Marketing Events; client check in, greeting, and event success coordination.
Client follow up, appointments and responses to client requests.
Maintain Client Database, CRM and files.

Qualifications:

Prior Phone Appointment Setting, Scheduling and Confirmation Experience
Ability to build trust and confidence with Clients.
Ability to be on time, prioritize and multitask as needed.
Positive and professional appearance and outlook
Excellent people skills, as well as written and oral skills.
