Counter Person

We are seeking a Counter Person to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for working the counter in the carry out portion of the restaurant. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone and greet customers
• Explain menu items to customers
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints if needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
